If you don't love the flavor you get we will give you a refund, with explanation of why you need one. We offer exchanges or will gift you a credit if something is out of stock. We want everyone to love what they drink from us, it's okay if you don't, just let us know what we can do better on our next batch!
EXCHANGES
Don't love it... that's fine we can do exchanges for another flavor you want! Contact us with your Order # in the subject line, reasoning, or the unopened bottle if it was shipping/ order error and we will get back to you ASAP.
CREDIT FOR PRODUCT EXCHANGE
Got a flavor because you just couldn't wait for another and now you want to wait for a flavor out of stock. Send us an email including why you want to exchange, or the unopened wine if you selected the wrong flavor. We do credit for you to hold onto and we will add you to the top of the order list once it's back!
